Abstract
The program has been carried out to monitor domestic agricultural products for pesticide reduces since 1983. In 1989.12 Provincial Institutes of Health and Environment (PHE) have monitored 11 pesticides for which criteria of Maximum Residue Limits were established on 28 kind of crops, Chlorobenzilate, Dicofol, Chlorfenvinphos, Chlorpyrifos, Dichlorvos and Phosalon were analyzed by National Institute of Health (NIH) and the results were as follows:
1. All residue levels of samples were within legal limit
2. Malathion and Chlorobenzilate were not detected in all samples
3. Average concentrations of pesticide residues were Captafol : 0.0358ppm, Captan : 0.0655ppm, EPN : 0.0283ppm, Diazinon . 0.0543ppm, Dimethoate : 0.0012ppm, Parathion : 0.0665ppm, MEP : 0.1322ppm, MPP : 0.0566pm, PAP : 0.0609ppm, NAC :0.1369ppm, Dicofol :0.0796, Chlorfenvinphos : 0.0072, Chlorpyrifos : 0.0063ppm, Ddchlorvos : 0. 0017ppm, Phosalon : 0.0014ppm.
